All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete information provided by the customer.

 

Our orders are shipped through Australia Post, Sendle and Courier companies. Orders which have selected ‘express shipping’ at checkout will be shipped via Australia Post Express Service.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia) is based on order value and shipping preference:

 

Standard Delivery –

Orders up to $199 we offer a flat rate of $15.00

Orders over $200 we offer free delivery

 

Express Delivery –

Orders up to $199 we offer a flat rate of $25.00

Orders over $200 we offer a flat rate of $75.00
